This website exists to comply with HB178 Alabama Deferred Presentment Services Act Title 5, Chapter 18A (the "Act"), which requires the use of a statewide database to check eligibility for all deferred presentment transactions conducted in the state. In order to access the database, you must be licensed by the State of Alabama to provide deferred presentment services pursuant to the Act, and have an assigned User ID and Password.
